High-Pressure System For Industries & Swimming Pools

This solar water heating system provides excellent heat output, reliable operation and is designed to be with used with water pressure up to 85 psi.

Unlike the thermosiphon systems, this system does not have a built-in water tank. It requires the use of an existing boiler and a pump to circulate the water through the manifold to the boiler. From a water starting temperature of 20ºC, one system will produce approximately 220 litres of hot water per day between 55ºc and 65ºc (with direct radiation 6 hours per day).

Ideal for commercial applications, the system can be installed individually or in series when larger quantities of hot water are required. For houses with high-pressure water, we recommend our "High-Pressure System For Residences".

This system can be used to heat the water of swimming pools, extending the swimming pool season. Instead of circulating the water from the collectors to a boiler, the pool's pump is used to circulate the water through the collecters and back into the pool. Note: the pump timer should be set to circulate the water only during daylight hours.

The key component of a Thermosol® solar water heating system is the use of the evacuated-tube collector, the most advanced and highest performing technology available for harnessing and storing high temperature heat energy from the sun. In our system THA-58/1800-24, Thermosol® uses a heat transfer pipe. The heat pipe evacuated tube consists of the regular two tube glass solar evacuated tube with the addition of a copper heat pipe that is inserted inside the solar tube.
