How to install the ClearWave

Mount the ClearWave onto the pipe by routing a wire tie through the two holes on each end of ClearWave housing base.

The performance of the ClearWave is not affected by the direction or orientation. The unit may be mounted to horizontal, vertical, or diagonally.
The ClearWave can be used effectively on any type of water pipe; galvanized, copper, or plastic.
If the unit cannot be installed directly on the pipe, then it can be mounted on the wall. All that needs to touch the pipe is the antennae.What is important is that the antennas are wrapped a minimum of seven times tightly against the pipe and pressed snugly against each other.

Insert the power supply terminals onto the power supply screw terminals and fasten securely. Plug the power supply into a standard electrical wall outlet. When energized, the ClearWave modulation indicator lights start flashing sequentially indicating that the ClearWave is functioning properly. If your home is in an area that experiences electrical spikes or power surges, install a surge protector on the electrical outlet that the ClearWave transformer is plugged into.
